OK, so this ... uhhhh ... !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ?) isn't really much of a NPOCP, it's more of a "How is it possible that you're alive after smoking that much crack".
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
The ad is, of course, virtually unreadable. Best I can tell, what we have here is an old Suburban with a Hummer-ish body. Now, I know there is, or was, a company that sold Hummer like bodies to put on old Suburban chassis. The front clip, appears to be purchased, probably from that company. The rest of the body appears to be fabricated using nothing but tin snips, and a claw hammer. It does have one saving grace, I guess, a 4-speed stick with a new clutch.
Again, the ad is hard to decipher, but I think he's asking for either $12k, or a 10-speed bike. As much as I love old Suburbans, I think I'd rather have the bike.

IF you have a 60k mile truck and all the military parts and almost 3 years of your welding and fabrication and assembly labor to give me for a 10 speed bicycle. come on down ive got some bikes.
Hang on, I speak Chicago...
I'm pretty sure he's saying that if you have a similar project to what he's (apparently) trying to sell, with the same amount of work put into it, he's got a pretty sweet 10-speed bicycle to trade you (or multiple bicycles, if one isn't enough to cover 3 years of your work).

Hmmm, interesting theory. I speak Chicago as well, but this dialect is a strange one. I thought he was making some sort of metaphor, but he got it backwards?

Possibly. I'm a bit rusty on my Chicago-ese since moving west.
Hard to pick up the exact dialect via text over the internet, but he could've possibly meant it as "If you're going to offer me a 10-speed bike for 3 years of my work, I've got plenty of other bicycles I will offer you instead"

He's just transposed the two objects. Should be read:
IF you have / a 10 speed bicycle / to give me for / a 60k mile truck and all the military parts and almost 3 years of your welding and fabrication and assembly labor . come on down ive got some bikes.

They built one of these as a two rig on Extreme 4x4 on Spike w/ a twin turbo Duramax. Called it Urban Gorilla or something like that.
